The Indigenous Employment Hub connects identified employers with trained Indigenous workers for large infrastructure projects. It provides customized training programs, recruitment and placement services that align with industry’s demand for skilled labour.

Who We Are

Coast Salish Group is leading the formation of the Indigenous Employment Hub on behalf of the Cowichan Nation Alliance (CNA). The CNA represents nearly 8,000 First Nation members comprised of the Stz’uminus First Nation, Cowichan Tribes, Halalt First Nation, and Penelakut Tribe. The Indigenous Employment Hub creates win-win scenarios for First Nations and all partners.
